The Social Media Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and moderating our social media platforms, ensuring that all user-generated content meets our community standards, and promoting positive engagement between our brand and our customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and experience in content moderation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Review and approve/disapprove user comments, posts, and messages in accordance with our community standards.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries, complaints, and feedback, while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
- Identify and report spam, inappropriate content, and other violations of our community guidelines.
- Monitor trends and provide insights to help shape our social media strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and improve customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, policies, and tools, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (English & Arabic)
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and content strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
