Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Help in the strategic market access Plan for the company.
  2. Able to build economics evaluation models solely (Markov models, budget impact models) is a must.
  3. Build relevant, solid value arguments with supporting in Health Economics and Policy models.
  4. Ensure all relevant scientific / sales / and business data needed is available in a timely manner
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of public relations and government affairs strategy as it pertains to the market access environment.
  6. Interface on regular basis with key internal stakeholders to review and address their challenges.
  7. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  8. Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  9. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
  10. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  11. Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  12. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharmacoeconomics, market access or health policy field, with a comprehensive understanding of the pricing/reimbursement environment and the government/payer review process.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacoeconomics, health policy or related discipline
  3. Pharmacoeconomics Modelling excellent competency.
  4. Ability to review and analyze business and medical data
  5. Project management skills and experience
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Ability to work competently in software programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  8. Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently
  9. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  10. Health Policy framework modelling competency
