Prepares for the demand management review meeting withall heads of departments and directors to discuss all the threats that canimpact the demand plans and all the mitigation scenarios.
ContinuousImprovement
Initiates, implements, and embeds improvements to demandplanning processes and procedures
MonitoringForecast Performance
Monitors and analyses the demand planning KPI’s likeforecast accuracy and bias. Discusses and supports improvement opportunitieswith the commercial department

Ensure continuous update ofSKU forecast on planning software’s such as Oracle
