Job Description
-Effectively manage contacting or the growth of recruitment portfolio from 100 – 120 on monthly basis through regular physical , telephonic meetings or/and video calls.
-Lead online demonstrations to recruitment managers or hr departments.
-Provide professional after recruitment service support to enhance the client’s experience /success.
-Remain in frequent contact with the accounts and prioritize retention as a major focus.
-Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in Arabic/English
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust with recruitment managers / hr heads
A person who has active pipeline of recruiters would be a great plus Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenue
