Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

 

  • Coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. This role will be the primary factor for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
  • Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

 

2.    Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Build project roadmaps that identify project milestones and help keep projects on track.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Help departments identify KPIs, build systems for measuring and reporting on those KPIs, and propose operational improvements to help hit targets

4.    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

 

Area of knowledge:

       Great educational background, preferably in the fields for technical project managers

       Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

       Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

       Ability to look at things creatively and from multiple perspectives.

Technical skills:
