General Summary:
Main Job Responsibilities:
Manage all email correspondence with international partners with minimum supervision
Manage all administrative tasks such as filing clients documents, following up on international payments, registering new suppliers, creating purchase orders, filing clients’ feedback, booking airline and accommodation tickets, and other tasks as needed
Register suppliers and employees’ transactions
Prepare regular reports on key business metrics and KPIs as agreed with the executive team
Other responsibilities as delegated by the executive team

• No educational requirements.Preferred Qualifications:
• knowledge of Slack, CRM solutions, Newsletter tools, and other digital tools
• Analytical person and love numbers.Requirements:
