Job Description

Collect customer details from salesmen and upload alldata related to customer identification on system.

Manage customers agreed contact details, payment terms,discount policies on the system.

Create and update sales tracking reports to keep salesdaily visits & outcome up to date.

Update sales team travel reports and work on relateddocuments.

Keep sales team updated with new products, productschanges, new price lists or new management direction.

Organize sales team needed trainings.

Handle customer complaints with all related stakeholdersfrom sales & operations and keep logs of each case and report outcome tomanagement.

                                                                               Work on other requests& reports requested by line manager.
