Job Description

Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization.

Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.

Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Set goals and deadlines for the department.

Acquire, distribute and store supplies.

Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.

Manage leasing of facility space.

Conduct classes to teach procedures to staff.

Supervising cleaning works and following up maintenance work for buildings.

Follow up the work of the department and implement the tasks assigned to him according to the work plans.

Inform the manager of the department’s work plan and employee performance.

Evaluating employees’ performance and reporting them to the line manager.

Follow up on special maintenance work of buildings and electricity in coordination with the Maintenance Department.

Coordination and supervision of workers in administrative affairs and follow-up of their vacations, assignments and daily operation.

Follow up the employment of outsourcing service companies.

Providing office furniture.
