Course Introduction:

 

The E-commerce track is designed to support women who have little to no experience in the field or who own small businesses, providing them with the necessary skills to enter the e-commerce industry. For five months, you will engage in various sessions covering different modules. These modules will focus on topics such as website development, digital marketing, online payment systems, and customer engagement. The program aims to empower women by equipping them with the knowledge and tools to establish their own e-commerce websites and effectively sell their products online.

 

Learning Objectives:


  • Analyze e-commerce business models and select the most suitable one for their venture. 
  • Conduct a competitive analysis and identify their target customer persona 
  • Demonstrate the ability to set up and configure an online store using popular platforms.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate payment gateways and ensure transaction security.
  • Apply inventory management techniques to reduce the risk of overstock or stockouts.
  • Optimize conversion rates by enhancing user experience. 
  • Plan and execute effective digital marketing strategies tailored to e-commerce.
  • Implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize e-commerce analytics and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrate compliance with e-commerce legislation and best practices, ensuring legal and ethical operations.
